Sport and extra circular activities serve the individual student by giving opportunities to increase her self confidence, to discover new skills, to become interested in the wider dimension of education and to experience the fulfilment of working as part of a team. Apart from basketball, our principal school sport, other activities include camogie, aerobics, athletics, badminton, equestrian events, golf, gymnastics, hockey, orienteering, rugby and tennis.
Each class group has timetabled physical education classes. Supporting activates also take place at lunch time and after school. Other sporting activities, pursued by students outside the school, receive every encouragement and cooperation.
