Soccer is offered as an optional sport at Our Lady of Lourdes, with students taking part in local school blitzes throughout the year as opportunities arise. These blitzes provide a short, competitive format that allows many students to play, regardless of experience or ability. The focus is on participation and enjoyment, rather than formal league competition.

Taking part in blitzes gives students the chance to try a sport they are interested in or to develop existing skills while representing their school. Matches are played against other local schools, offering a supportive introduction to competitive sport.
